Between May 2012 and August, 2016 Michael was the Vice President of Product and Business development for Whincorp (a division of Whin proprietary custom formulas corp.) Canada Inc. located in Burlington Ontario. Prior to this he was the Functional Food Ingredient product manager for Tempo Canada. Michael is the former president of Collette & Associates and was a long-serving member of Guelph Food Technology Center board of directors and was Co-Chair. Neil J. Simon is the Vice President of Technology and Customer Services for AquaDrop Holdings, Inc. He is responsible for conducting field testing to help ensure safe potable water working with the private and government labs as well as working with customers to help ensure their goals being achieved. He has been with AquaDrop since 2010 and was one of the initial people involved in AquaDrop with the goal of “safe water for everyone.”

Neil has a background in science, education, and human and organizational development that leads to his specialties in leadership, strategy, diagnostics, and organizational evolution. Currently he serves in the role of Chief Technical Officer for AquaDrop, Inc. helping prospects and clients learn about their water to make it safe and potable.

Neil holds a M.A. degree in Educational Psychology from Eastern Michigan University; he conducted his post graduate studies at the Fielding Institute in Santa Barbara, California. He is also the former President of the United States Judo Federation and has consulted with USA Judo, the Olympic Body for Judo, as their strategic planning and special projects consultant.
